We perform only EEO Investigations and Employee Mediations. Our philosophy is consistent with our mission statement to provide these two services in a professional, impartial , and timely manner.

We were founded on the premise that conducting sound fact based investigations when a complaint by an employee has been made internally to management and facilitiating mediations through an informal process in which the parties resolve their own disputes without a judge imposing a solution upon them is the best way of providing piece of mind in a cost effective manner for all parties.
We have provided both services to Federal Government Agencies, Fortune 500 Companies, and Municipalities.

About Us
Before starting his own business in 2017 Mr. D'Andrea has been in the Labor and Employment Relations field for over 20 years. During this time he had investigated claims that fall under the different protected categories reconized by the EEOC at many different levels as well as mediated conflicts between both employees / employees, and employees / management. Mr. D'Andrea earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and his Master of Arts in Public Policy. Mr. D'Andrea holds the EEOC Investigator Certification as well as the Supreme Court of Florida County Mediator Certification. In addition, Mr. D'Andrea has been trained in ADR by the National Mediation Board. Mr. D'Andrea only perfroms EEO investigations and employee mediations, his broad knowledge of the labor and employee relations arena affords him the opportunity to narrow his scope of service.

Services & Fees
Investigation Fee : $ 200.00 per hour.
Investigation Services: The investigator conducts EEO type investigations on-site at the client's business. The investigation strategy is developed jointly with the client to best meet the client's needs. Investigation services include complete documentation submitted to the client, including witness statements, summary of findings, professional opinion and recommendations ( if requested). In addition should the complaint escalate and result in litigation, services including preparation, deposition, and testimony are available at a rate of $300.00 per hour.

Mediation Fee: $200.00 per hour
Mediation Services: The mediator will perform mediations on-site at the clients business. The mediator is fully briefed by the client concerning the issue (s) and history. The mediator will work with the parties to facilitate an agreement that is beneficial to both parties.
